We are really confident that the Revitalise proposition represents amazing value.
We have spent a great deal of time studying our market, watching growth patterns, seeking out ways to make improvements and ensure success. We believe that our offering is the strongest in the market today and represents the only established, proven business model in the holistic Well-being industry at this time.
When a Franchisee works with us they get a ‘ready-made’ world-class management team in place - and it’s included in the service.
This management structure and experience would cost any business literally tens of thousands of pounds to put together (it wouldn’t really be possible), and like everything else - you get this handed to you on a plate as p art of the package.

Although there are currently many healthy cafés, health shops and centres offering alternative therapies and/or classes, there is currently no direct competition to our holistic approach to Well-being!
We offer healthy eating, a shop and alternative therapies/exercise classes all under one roof. Our clients are able to take a healthy drink in our café or browse the shop, and after exercise or therapy, can meet up with like-minded people in the café, or enjoy a healthy-eating take-away.
Will I be able to attract sufficient customers and what happens if I can’t?
The success of this new venture will depend fundamentally on providing a service second-to-none in every area of the business.
To support this we will be implementing well planned, proven sales and marketing strategies that will generate revenue by both improving existing customer retention and attracting new clients, in order to make the Revitalise franchise successful. What’s the competition like?
As mentioned earlier, we have been unable to find anyone in the UK with a similar business model to that which we are promoting. We are not a coffee shop; we are not a therapy centre and we are not a health shop (we are all 3, and all under the same roof!).
Alternative therapy is offered by some therapists, either at a residential or business address, as are classes. Healthy-eating cafes also exist, as do shops concentrating on the Well-being market.
However, there are no businesses currently with a café/shop/classes/therapies offering similar to ours. We are at the forefront of this market, and we have already proven our worth at our premises in Hove.

Can I really earn over £90,000 a year from just one Revitalise franchise?
Yes you can! It may sound hard to believe, but because of the way we structure our business, the systems we have created and the support of national sales and marketing, you can most definitely earn this money.
However, don’t for one minute think that it’s a ‘walk in the park’. You still have to earn your money! You do have to put the effort in, but because our systems are so detailed and straightforward you work smarter - not harder.
In fact once your Revitalise business is up and running and you have a sustained and stable business, you won’t have to work more than 40 hours a week, and often much less, to earn over £90,000 a year.
What support structure do you have in place?
We believe that the support structure of any Franchise organisation is one of the most important aspects of running a successful Franchise.
You have to know that you’ll never be left alone ‘to get on with it’. Of course, our training is so detailed you won’t need constant supervision, but you will need help from time to time.
That’s why we have a support structure in place that ensures your success.
The prime task of the Revitalise Central Support Team is to look after the franchisees. They do this by running the initial recruitment and training, monitoring compliance with the Operations Manual, mentoring franchisees (as required) and monitoring each franchisee’s business.
We guarantee that you’ll never feel alone. You’ll be comforted in the knowledge that we place huge value on supporting you and all of our other colleagues.
How do your training and systems compare to other Franchise organisations?
We’ve built a highly successful Well-being centre of our own. In collaboration with The Franchise Doctors, we have put together an incomparable set of training manuals and courses whereby, with step-by-step instructions, and an attention to detail that will stagger you, we know we can develop you into a fully trained and motivated Revitalise franchisee in no more than 20 days flat!
We believe we offer the best training available in our industry.
We don’t accept everyone as franchisees, but those that qualify already have the basic skills - we just give them our tools of the trade!
How much is the Franchise fee?
The Franchise fee will increase as franchisee take-up increases. At the moment it’s just £23,000 + VAT, but this will be reviewed upwards after each training course.
What does the Franchise fee include?
The Franchise Fee includes all of the following:
1) The Franchise Licence: use of the Revitalise brand name and logo.
2) Full, intensive residential training course of up to 4 weeks, covering aspects such as reception, shop, café, kitchen and running your own franchise.
3) Franchise Operations Manual which details all aspects of Franchise set-up and day-to-day running.
4) Reception computer, hardware and software, EPSOS till and scanner.
5) Initial shop sign and A-board.
6) Start-up literature pack, including menus, business cards, appointment cards and letterheads etc.
7) Assistance with finding suitable premises.
8) Café and Therapy room design.
9) Initial local Sales and Marketing costs for advertising through the Franchise Direct website, Google Adwords and Yellow Pages.
10) Assistance with recruiting and building a team of suitable therapists and class teachers.
11) Proven supply chain for all of your product purchases.
12) Exclusive Revitalise territory.
13) Access to the Customer Acquisition website and the Revitalise extranet.
You will receive up to 20 days’ training, including hands-on experience of both the Reception area and the Café, and classroom training on how to run your Franchise, using step-by-step instructions included in the Operations Manual and the Business Growth Acceleration Program.
Included in your Franchise Fee is also a complete initial sales and marketing pack (Marketing Package) designed to get your Revitalise business off to a flying start. The pack includes the following:
- Yellow Pages subscription and advertising: we will even write your advert using our own ground breaking techniques.
- Press advertising: we will ensure that potential clients in your territory know that a Revitalise business is opening in your chosen area.
- Direct Mail (flyers, leaflet and brochures): your new business will use various forms of hard-copy advertising in order to maximise market penetration.

How long does it take to get back my Franchise Fee?
